Call, text, or send the form. Tell us what needs notarizing and roughly when, and we will confirm a time and a place.

What to tell us

Three things make it possible to answer usefully first time:

  • What the document is. The type, not the contents — a will, a loan package, a power of attorney, a document going abroad.
  • Where you are. City, or the facility name and unit for a hospital or care home.
  • When you need it. And whether it has a deadline attached.

We do not need account numbers, case numbers or personal detail to quote an appointment. Please do not send those.

If it is urgent

Call rather than using the form. A message left in a queue does not reserve a slot, and same-day availability depends on where we are when you call.

Where we work

Appointments are scheduled around where you are. Travel is arranged per appointment rather than on a fixed route, so a town not listed below may still be workable — call and ask.

Before you call

Questions people ask

What should I have ready before I call?
The type of document, the city or facility you are in, and when you need it. You do not need to send account numbers, case numbers or personal detail to get an appointment.
How quickly will you reply?
We reply to every enquiry. If it is time-critical, call instead of using the form — a message in a queue does not hold a slot.
Can you notarize at a hospital or care facility?
Yes, subject to the facility’s own rules about visitors and contractors. Call with the facility name, the unit and the patient’s name and we will establish what is required before we set out.
