About
A mobile notary service covering the San Francisco Bay Area, built around one idea: the notary should be the part that is easy.
Most notarization is not difficult. It is inconvenient. The document needs a signature in front of a commissioned notary, the notary works nine to five in an office on the other side of the county, and everybody has to rearrange a day around it.
Taking the notary out of the office removes almost all of that friction. It also changes who can actually get a document signed — the patient, the caregiver, the person in custody, the person whose closing cannot move — and those are the appointments that matter.
What we do and do not do
We verify identity. We witness and acknowledge signatures. We apply the seal. We keep a record of the act in a journal.
We do not draft documents. We do not give legal advice. We do not tell you what to sign or whether a document is a good idea. If you need any of that, that is an attorney, a lender, a title company or a physician — and it is worth getting before the appointment, because a notary cannot do it during one.
Not legal advice
A notary verifies identity and witnesses or acknowledges signatures. A notary cannot tell you what to sign, whether a document is right for you, or what it will do. If you have that kind of question it belongs to the lawyer, title company, lender or physician who prepared the document. Ask them before the appointment, not during it.
How we work
Bring the document unsigned and a current government-issued photo ID, and be ready to tell us what the document is for. That is genuinely all that is required from you.

What we will tell you honestly
If we cannot reach you in the window you need, we will say so rather than take the appointment. If a document needs an attorney’s review before signing, we will say that too. If a facility does not permit notary visits, you will hear it from us before you pay anything.
