Mobile Notary
A mobile notary is a commissioned notary who travels to you. There is no office to drive to and no counter to queue at: we come to your home, your desk, a hospital room, a care facility, or a coffee shop you prefer, at a time you pick.
That matters most when the document cannot wait or when getting to an office is the problem. A patient cannot leave a ward. A caregiver cannot take an afternoon off. A closing cannot be moved because a notary is only open until five. In each of those cases the notary coming to you is the thing that makes the appointment possible at all.
Where we can sign
Anywhere a notary may lawfully attend and where you can lawfully sign: homes, offices, libraries and coffee shops, hospitals and hospice, and many residential care facilities. Facilities such as hospitals, jails and detention centres set their own entry rules, and those rules belong to the facility. Call with the facility name and unit and we will establish what is possible before you pay a cent.

How an appointment works
Four steps, no surprises, and no charge for the trip — the fee is for the notarization.
Tell us what needs signing
Call, text or send the form below. A short description is enough to tell you whether this is something we can do.
Get a time and place confirmed
We agree a time and a location that works for you — your home, your office, a coffee shop, a hospital room, or a meeting room you book.
We arrive with what we need
The notary brings identification and the seal. Nothing is signed until we are together.
Signed, sealed, and a copy for you
You get the notarized document back, and we can courier it on if it needs to be somewhere by a deadline.
What to bring
Most appointments fail on a missing ID or a document that was signed too early. This list prevents both.
- The document, unsigned. A signature already on it usually cannot be notarized later.
- A current government-issued photo ID with your name and photograph on it — a driver’s licence, state ID, or passport.
- Any other people whose signatures the document requires. Tell us when you book so we can allow the time.
- Witnesses, if the document requires them and you do not have your own. Say so when you book and we will arrange it.
Not legal advice
A notary verifies identity and witnesses or acknowledges signatures. A notary cannot tell you what to sign, whether a document is right for you, or what it will do. If you have that kind of question it belongs to the lawyer, title company, lender or physician who prepared the document. Ask them before the appointment, not during it.
Where we work

Appointments are scheduled around where you are. Travel is arranged per appointment rather than on a fixed route, so a town not listed below may still be workable — call and ask.
